Vinetech Digital Solutions provides web development, design, and digital marketing services. Project specifications, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements. We strive to deliver high-quality work that meets the agreed-upon requirements.

Payment terms are specified in your project agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due upon milestone completion. Late payments may incur additional fees. All prices are in the currency specified in your agreement.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Vinetech retains the right to showcase work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

Vinetech Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We provide services "as is" without warranties beyond those explicitly stated.

Changes to project scope after agreement signing may affect timelines and pricing. All modifications must be documented and approved by both parties. We will provide updated estimates for any significant changes before proceeding.
